Agreement and accounts

By creating a SiteOpsAi Projects account, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, be authorised to act for your business, keep credentials secure and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

Private workspace access

SiteOpsAi Projects is exclusively for the SiteOpsAi team and invited clients. There is no subscription or checkout for workspace access. Client access is limited to projects shared by SiteOpsAi. Any separate project or service agreement remains unchanged.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, probe another workspace, interfere with availability, resell access without permission, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant SiteOpsAi the limited rights needed to host, secure, back up and display it to authorised workspace users. You are responsible for having permission to upload and share that content.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to resupplying the service or the fees paid for the affected subscription period. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination and data

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for security risks or serious misuse. Workspace owners should export required data before access ends; retention and deletion requests can be sent to support@siteopsai.com.

Contact support@siteopsai.com for workspace questions. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Legal review notice

These terms require review by qualified Australian legal counsel and completion with the operator’s registered legal name, ABN and address before paid public launch.
